A Qigong practice to empower you to connect with the ebbs and flows of life. By now, the hope is that some of the movements and exercises we've been doing so far should be starting to become familiar so that you are able to focus more on feeling than technique. In this, the final class of the series, I'll be introducing a practice called, Touch the Sea, Look at the Sky. You’ll be guided to circulate, regulate and soothe your energy levels so that you step off your mat feeling energised yet calm. Part of the Qigong for Clarity, Calm and Connection program.

A mood-boosting and uplifting Qigong practice that will support you to stay bright, calm and grounded on cloudy days when you’re feeling low. In this class, we'll be revisiting some of the exercises we did in the previous classes, and you'll learn two new practices called Cloud hands and Microcosmic Orbit / Small Heavenly Circuit. A moon-themed Qigong practice to help you connect with the radiance and Yin energy of the moon. In this class we'll be revisiting some familiar movements and exercises from the previous two classes, and we'll sprinkle in some hip snake circles and do a practice called Looking for Moon and Sea. A beginner-friendly Qigong practice to soothe anxiety and root into the earth so you can feel balanced and centered in challenging situations. During the class we'll revisist some of the foundations covered in the previous class, including Wuji stance, shaking, tapping, and spinal-cord breathing. The focus of this practice will be experiencing Qi and a movement called Holding the Taiji (ball). After the session, the hope is you’ll feel light yet grounded, and at ease. Part of the Qigong for Clarity, Calm and Connection program.

A beginner-friendly Qigong practice to gently awaken your body. You’ll be guided through fundamental Qigong forms to tap away confusion and cultivate clarity, calm and ease. During the class you'll be introduced to the Beginning stance (Wuji) and practice some shaking and tapping and breathing to ground the energy. You'll also be introduced to various Qigong movements including Pulling from the Heavens and Emptying coat sleeves.
