Inspired by a beautiful ritual of the Native Americans, we will focus on letting go of our attachments to things we believe define us: our projects, possessions, our work, our achievements, our physical conditions or even our talents and things we hold dear. In this session we will give back to life what we feel is ‘ours’, making space for new things to flow through us and widen our perspective.

Under the turmoil of our thoughts we can find peace and stillness, like in the deep ocean beneath the restless waves. One by one we let go of our thought stories and sink down into that timeless space from which everything arises. A calming and soothing meditation.

A grounding meditation focusing on our feet that connect us with the present; the ground we stand on. Trusting our feet is trusting where we are, being in the right place, in the right time. After doing some simple exercises to wake up the soles of our feet, we will sit in a relaxing meditation.
